1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and lucky.ph ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the lucky.ph website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by lucky.ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 lucky.ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. 2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the lucky.ph Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. 2.3 Age Verification Process. lucky.ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID card, or Postal ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.4 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on lucky.ph:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on lucky.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lucky.ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lucky.ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). lucky.ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, and UMID card.
3.5 Account Currency. All lucky.ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PHP.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lucky.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts. lucky.ph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. lucky.ph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. lucky.ph reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus balance in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. lucky.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and lucky.ph reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on lucky.ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. lucky.ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generators. All luck-based games on lucky.ph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, lucky.ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers placed during the malfunction period. lucky.ph's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of affected wagers.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. 7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky.ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Suspension by lucky.ph. lucky.ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the player is ineligible to hold an account; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to lucky.ph, other players, or third parties.
8.2 Closure by Player. You may close your lucky.ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
8.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits will be forfeited. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will also be forfeited.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; modify or create derivative works; reverse engineer any software; or use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools.
10.3 The lucky.ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use any lucky.ph trademark without prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lucky.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 lucky.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 lucky.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lucky.ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lucky.ph Platform.
12.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact lucky.ph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. lucky.ph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and lucky.ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
